Refund & Return Policy

At Coffee Raves, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and event tickets. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are permitted, in compliance with Spanish consumer protection laws and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

1. Ticket Refund & Transfer Policy

1.1 Refunds for Event Tickets


Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a ticket, but no later than 24 hours before the event.


Refund requests made within 24 hours before the event will not be accepted.


Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.


To request a refund, please contact us at support@coffeeraves.es with your order details.


1.2 Ticket Transfers


If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person.


To transfer a ticket, contact us at support@coffeeraves.es at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee's full name and contact details.


The transfer will only be valid once confirmed by our team.

 


2. Refund & Return Policy for Merchandise

2.1 Eligibility for Returns


You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with Spanish consumer rights law.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Items that are damaged, used, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.


2.2 Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages).


Digital products (e.g., downloadable tickets, gift cards).


Personal hygiene products (e.g., mugs, water bottles, apparel that has been worn or washed).

 


3. Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning an item, email support@coffeeraves.es with your order number and reason for return. The subject of the email must include "Return/Devolución" for faster processing.


Return Authorization: We will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.


Shipping the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).


Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

 


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


If you need an exchange, contact us at support@coffeeraves.es within 48 hours of receiving your order.


Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
